Equinox on Indian School is a very clean quiet well kept gated community. I mean from the grounds, the laundry/pool area and I must mention the speedy response and repair time for maintenance requests. Also The property manager lady Ms. Veronica has been one of the most professional understanding considerate and going out of her way property managers I’ve ever experienced. Shout out to you Miss Veronica and equinox on Indian School!!!

Want to start by saying this place has been amazing to me and my family the staff and maintenance has been phenomenal. I diffently recommend this place to everyone yes I totally agree there has been issues no place is perfect but property manager Veronica handles all situations asap no questions ask and her assistant has been pregnant and she still walks the property to check everything to make sure it meets residents standards. Swimming pool has been checked and sanitize daily. Proud to say this team is the greatest and keep up all the great work. Team work makes the dream work and this community has been progressing each day. Thank you Team.

I have lived here for almost 2 years. Before it was Equinox it was awful. Since new ownership everything is improving. This company enforces their own policies which help weed the problem tenants out. I use to be worried for my safety however there is security 24/7 now. Any issues I have had, management has been prompt to correct. The communication with the property manager is great. Everything has been getting better at the apts. I have been here a long time and have never had an issue with any bugs. The only complaint I have is that people do not supervise their children and allow them to vandalize the upgrades to the property but that would be a complaint on people’s parenting not the apts! Thank you and keep up the good work.

The Manager here is Amazing she works with you and is good with keeping up with the community. They also have a great maintenance team they get the job done.

I have been living at this property for 1 year and I really like it, I’m very happy in my apartment, I have no problem.
The administration is great, the manager Veronica is very helpful, always a kind person and a good listener. The maintenance group is doing good also. Honestly I never found a bed bug since I live here, I saw small cockroaches in the bathroom but pest control came few weeks ago and the problem seem solved. Also there is security 24/7 now, which is great!
I totally agree with another review that I just read, there has been issues no place is perfect, but I think the manager and her team make a good effort to make it a better place to live, you can see the improvement every day.
